Wishbox is a wish list platform that lets users create events with wish lists and share them with friends and family. Guests can reserve items without creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your credentials with others.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You may not impersonate another person or use a false identity.

You agree not to use the Service to post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content; to harass or impersonate others; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You are responsible for the content you submit (event names, wish list items, URLs, images). By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

We do not claim ownership of your content. You retain all rights to it.

We strive to keep Wishbox available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wishbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
